PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
Apply on
registration form (collect from nearest Apex Institute centre/ information
centre or download from (http://apexiit.co.in/) along with the documents
mentioned below. Post/Courier your filled registration form at the corporate office
address of Ghaziabad. You can also submit your filled registration form in
person at the nearest Apex Institute centre / Information centre.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
(A) 3 Coloured
Passport size photographs.
(B) Photocopy of
School photo ID or admit card(having photograph) of last attended school or board
exam.
(C) Self attested
copy of Mark Sheet of last attended class.
(D) If you are
submitting form in person : Cash of Rs 200/- for Registration fee is to be paid
at Corporate Office/Information centres.
(E) For
SC/ST/OBC(NCL) Students: Photo copy of caste certificate (Optional to avail
additional benefit).
(F) For
Underprivileged students having parental income less than 10000 per month :
Photocopy of Income certificate (Optional to avail additional benefit).

The result shall be displayed on our website,
www.apexiit.co.in, mentioning the names of selected students. A student must
score at least 50% marks in Paper-I. However, if the number of students
(securing 50% marks or more) is less than 30, in such a situation the list will
be taken out for only those students who fulfil the eligibility criteria of 50%
marks or more and not for 30 students.
