Apex Institute’s mission is to help more and more students from economically poor sections reach the IITs & Medical college. Having shaped students for 9 years now, Mr. S. If talented students are spotted at the school-level, it can work wonders. With this in mind, he wants to set up institute for poor children. The institute would provide the right impetus to the students at the right time through innovative teaching to develop their interest in Mathematics and Science subjects at an early age.

About National Eligibility cum Entrance Test

NEET is a single eligibility cum entrance examination called 'National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.
Till now AIPMT was conducted by CBSE for selection of candidates for admission to 15% seats under All India Quota. With the introduction of NEET, the said examination will replace AIPMT and other similar Under Graduate level Medical Entrance Examinations.
NEET has been proposed by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India and Medical Council of India (MCI).
Currently, India has 271 Medical Colleges (138 Govt. Colleges + 133 Private Colleges) offering a total of over 31000 MBBS seats. Till now admission to these seats was done through national level and state level entrance exams. There were over 25 such different Medical Entrance Examinations in India for admission into various Govt. & Pvt. Medical Colleges. On an average a student was appearing for 7 – 9 entrance exams, thereby causing unnecessary stress on them as well as on Parents. Also additionally giving so many exams creates lot of financial burden for the Parents since each examination involves expenses like Application Fee & commuting to appear for the entrance test in various cities/ at various test centers. So NEET will avoid unnecessary wastage of time, effort & money. Moreover, multiple exams also pose the challenge of preparing for different syllabi and patterns for students. This further increases the stress among students.
