For X Passed Student

The eligible candidates seeking admission must qualify the admission test. To appear for the test a application form is to be purchased from office by paying Rs. 200.00 and the candidate is to deposit the form at least TWO DAYS before the entrance test date.  If the candidate qualifies the test then for admission to the course no new form is required. On the basis of performance in the admission test scholarships are awarded. The details of various scholarship schemes are given in the fee structure table. In case of disqualification in entrance test the candidate is allowed to reappear for one more attempt but no scholarship is awarded on the result of this test. If a candidate disqualifies in all the two attempts then the candidate will not be allowed to take admission under any circumstances. Details of admission test are given below:

SYLLABUS	:	Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics of class 10th level.(Syllabus of both the semester of class 10th which is common to HSC, CBSE & ICSE board is covered in the admission test)
DAY	:	All Sundays starting from 25th May to 25th July 2014.
VENUE	:	Apex Institute Indirapuram Branch.
DURATION	:	2 hours
TIMING	:	10.30AM to 12.30pm .
LANGUAGE	:	Language of question paper will be English.
MARKING	:	Each question carries 3 marks & there is NEGATIVE MARKING for wrong answers.
RESULT	:	Admission test result is announced within 24 hours of the test.

RETENTION OF SEAT

After qualifying the admission test if the candidate does not take admission within 7 days of the test then it is presumed that the candidate is not interested in taking admission and other candidates are allowed to take admission on his/her seat. However, if seat is available then the candidate who has qualified the test is allowed to take admission irrespective of time gap between the test date and date of admission.

ADMISSION CANCELLATION

Once a candidate has deposited the fee no part there of is refundable in any form under any situation. The students & guardians are requested to take firm decision before depositing the fee.
